HJ-860AII is our newly designed full automatic encrusting&arranging machine with three hoppers.
This machine could be used not only to produce mochi with or without filling, but also to produce two colors mochi/daifuku with filling and mochi/daifuku with filling inside filling. The third hopper could also be replaced by one liquid filling machine, which make it possible to encrusting fluent fillings with accurate dose, such as liquid chocolate, ice cream without freezing, milk and others .

Main Features
1. Encrusting double filling, suitable for various kinds of materials, both hard and soft oily products could be process by HJ-860AII.
2. Different kinds of molds and equipment could be customized based on production requirements of users.
3. The fillings could be jam, chocolate, cream, ice cream, bean paste, minced meat and paste mixed nuts
4. Plastic trays with different forming holes could be used for shaping and forming of mochi, which helps realize a wide food products range.
5.Top duster and bottom duster prevent sticky food from sticking on the pans, plastic trays and other containers.
